The same happened when Butler and Ratajkowski were reportedly seen having dinner together in New York City. Fans were quick to speculate that they might be dating. Recently, in an interview with Vanity Fair<\/a>, the \u201cElvis\u201d actor addressed the rumors, saying he and Ratajkowski are just \u201cfriends.\u201d<\/p>\n

Austin Butler was asked about his connection to the 34-year-old. To this, he responded, \u201cThe true answer is that I have a lot of friends, and we\u2019re friends and we had dinner, and that we\u2019re friends.\u201d The actor also reflected on how these rumors and constant attention affected him.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the publication, Butler<\/a> admitted, \u201cI just wanted to hide.\u201d He went on to say that earlier, he used to let fear of judgment control him. However, later, he changed his perspective. \u201cI\u2019m going to live a constricted, small life because I\u2019m afraid of what other people are going to say or what they\u2019re going to think?\u201d<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old was also asked about his wish list. Butler responded that he is open to exploring the \u201ccomplexities of two human beings who are coming together and falling in love.\u201d<\/p>\n

For the unversed, Austin Butler reportedly had a long, 9-year relationship with Vanessa Hudgens from 2011 to 2020. A year later, he started dating Kaia Gerber, but the couple reportedly broke up in 2024.<\/p>\n
