A Rhode Island man is facing charges after being accused of breaking into a firearms school in Holliston. <\/p>\n
The Middlesex District Attorney and police announced two people were arrested and charged in connection with a break-in at the Mass Firearms School in October. <\/p>\n
Police identified the pair as 18-year-old Jason Liberis of Oxford, and 18-year-old Bryan Ayala Perez of Johnston. <\/p>\n
Officers said on Thursday, Oct. 30 at approximately 11:19 p.m.. police responded to Kuniholm Drive for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. <\/p>\n
Surveillance from inside the building showed three people on scene, with two inside the store. <\/p>\n
According to the footage, two semi-automatic rifles were stolen before fleeing in a four-door sedan. <\/p>\n
Investigators said Liberis and Ayala Perez left in a car that was stolen from the parking lot of a convenience store in Johnston. <\/p>\n
Police said Liberis was arraigned and ordered held pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Monday, Nov. 24. <\/p>\n
Ayala Perez was arrested in Florida, and will be arraigned subject to extradition to Massachusetts. <\/p>\n
Both were charged with breaking and entering, breaking and entering from a firearms dealer, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of a large capacity weapon and conspiracy. <\/p>\n
