Across the site, there will be 88 residences, including 27 single-family homes, four duplex units, 31 attached accessory dwelling units, and 26 detached accessory dwelling units.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/studio-81-2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Studio 81 International<\/a> is the project architect, working with <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/yamasaki-landscape-architecture\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Yamasaki Landscape Architecture<\/a>. Illustrations show a consistent facade treatment with a mix of stucco and boarding panels.
