{"id":312170,"date":"2025-11-25T05:36:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T05:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/312170\/"},"modified":"2025-11-25T05:36:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T05:36:11","slug":"zoom-lifts-annual-outlook-on-growing-demand-for-ai-tools-in-hybrid-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/312170\/","title":{"rendered":"Zoom lifts annual outlook on growing demand for AI tools in hybrid work"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">By Juby Babu<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">(Reuters) -Zoom Communications raised its annual revenue and profit forecasts on Monday, benefiting from hybrid work trends and the \u200bintegration of <a href=\"https:\/\/tech.yahoo.com\/ai\/\" data-ylk=\"slk:artificial intelligence;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">artificial intelligence<\/a> into its products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Shares of the company rose 3.5%\u200c in extended trading.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Zoom has intensified its push to embed AI functionalities across its products and broaden \u200cits service offerings to capitalize on the demand for hybrid work solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">New products such as Phone, Contact Center and Virtual Agent, are driving the majority of Zoom&#8217;s growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">&#8220;We&#8217;re also seeing strong momentum with Custom AI Companion and our AI-first Customer \u2060Experience suite, which helped \u200cmake this one of our best CX quarters, with broad AI adoption across major deals,&#8221; CEO Eric Yuan said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Demand for AI \u200dagents, which are programs that can act autonomously to perform specific tasks, has been growing as companies embrace the new technology to automate workflows and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">&#8220;As companies move beyond AI \u200bscience projects to demanding clear business outcomes, Zoom&#8217;s AI companion is included \u200cin eligible paid plans, making it an attractive foundation for future AI monetization efforts while driving adoption,&#8221; said Rebecca Wettemann, CEO of industry analyst firm Valoir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Zoom expects fiscal 2026 revenue between $4.85 billion and $4.86 billion, compared with its earlier forecast of $4.83 billion to $4.84 billion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">It expects annual adjusted \u2060profit per share between $5.95 and $5.97,\u200b compared to a prior view of $5.81 \u200band $5.84.
