Run your own race and just be super driven, super purpose-filled, and be super present-minded.\u201d<\/p>\n Bueckers says her mindset is the biggest factor in making sure that she is the best player she can be every single game, regardless of circumstance.<\/p>\n \u201cEmbrace the hard, embrace the adversity,\u201d Bueckers added. \u201cI feel like life is all about how you respond to challenges and how you may respond to stuff not going your way, whether that be an injury, a loss, everything should motivate you in a positive way.\u201d<\/p>\n Ultimately, it seems as if Bueckers is a major catalyst in the Dallas Wings’ turnaround. With a new regime on the way next year, it’s clear that it’s only a matter of time before the program takes an entirely different direction as a WNBA contender for years to come, assuming it does things the right way.
