Millie Bobby Brown said she \u201cfelt safe\u201d working with David Harbour on the set of \u201cStranger Things\u201d despite reported claims of on-set bullying<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Brown opened up about filming \u201cintense\u201d scenes with the actor, saying, \u201cOf course I felt safe, I mean, we\u2019ve worked together for 10 years. I feel safe with everyone on that set.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou naturally just\u2026 you know, you\u2019ve been doing it for so long. We also play father and daughter so naturally, we have a closer bond than the rest because we have had some really intense scenes together, especially in Season 2,\u201d she further told Deadline<\/a> in an interview published Friday. <\/p>\n

Weeks prior it was reported that she filed a bullying and harassment claim against Harbour before filming Season 5 of the Netflix series in early 2024. FilmMagic<\/p>\n

\u201cDavid and I have a great relationship, we work really closely together in the scenes and preparing for the scenes and I really am excited to see \u2014 for everyone to see the labor of love and hard work we\u2019ve put into the closure of our relationship and what that looks like,\u201d the 21-year-old actress continued, referencing the fifth and final season that premiered on Netflix Wednesday. <\/p>\n

\u201cEspecially the Hopper and Eleven fans. Those scenes that I feel, I think, are going to be quite impactful. I love it. It makes me want to bring my A game every single time I see that I\u2019m on the call sheet working with him because I know he\u2019s bringing it right back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown\u2019s new comments on her relationship with Harbour come weeks after it was reported the \u201cEnola Holmes\u201d star filed a bullying and harassment claim<\/a> against Harbour, 50, before filming Season 5 of the Netflix series in early 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were pages and pages of accusations,\u201d an insider told the Daily Mail earlier this month, although they clarified that the \u201cBlack Widow\u201d star had not been accused of any sexual impropriety. \u201cThe investigation went on for months.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sources also claimed that Brown was allegedly accompanied to the set by a rep while shooting the Netflix series\u2019 finale \u2013 but executive producer Shawn Levy later told\u00a0THR<\/a> that he had seen some \u201cwildly inaccurate\u201d reports regarding the scandal.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to create a respectful workplace where everyone feels comfortable and safe,\u201d he noted. <\/p>\n

\u201cSo we did everything to build that environment, and we\u2019re proud of the fact that we did so.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following their appearance together<\/a> at the show\u2019s world premiere on Nov. 6, Brown and Harbour were asked about the importance of showing a united front<\/a>, to which Millie said, \u201cWe\u2019ve been doing that for the last 10 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, we have always been united in that. We love this show with everything, and we value our friendship more than anything,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n
