Longtime fans of Muni Long<\/a> were dealt disappointing news on Saturday (November 29) after the R&B diva confirmed her permanent exit from one of the season\u2019s hottest live tickets: Brandy<\/a> and Monica<\/a>\u2018s \u2018The Boy Is Mine Tour<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n

Long (born Priscilla Renea Hamilton) has been very vocal about her ongoing battle with the autoimmune disease lupus \u2013 the very condition that has already caused her to miss a handful of stops on the tour.<\/p>\n

After 90\u2019s R&B hitmaker Mya filled in for her on select dates, Hamilton returned<\/a> at the top of this month seemingly better than ever at first.<\/p>\n

As the jaunt soldiered on through North America, however, the GRAMMY winner was notably winded during several performances \u2013 even having to sit down at times to complete her short set.<\/p>\n

Apparently having pushed far enough, Long took to Facebook on Saturday (November 29) to confirm she is throwing in the towel.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs many of you know, I\u2019ve been battling some health issues throughout \u2018The Boy Is Mine Tour.\u2019 Despite doing everything I can to push through, my doctors have made it clear that it\u2019s not save for me to continue with the remaining dates of the tour,\u201d she relayed before thanking Bran and Mo for the opportunity.<\/p>\n

The news comes amid Muni\u2019s ongoing promotion of her latest single, \u2018Delulu<\/a>,\u2019 and reports she\u2019s hard-at-work on a new album \u2013 the follow-up to 2024\u2019s \u2018Revenge<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n
