Britney Spears<\/a> is sharing a cryptic message amid concerns over her well-being.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaven\u2019t found my party dress for this year \ud83d\udc57\u2026\u201d Spears, 43, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Saturday, November 29. \u201cReflecting is good for the soul \u2026 Sometimes when hard things happen, good things come from it and we learn \u2026 I learned that a real note of expression with emotion speaks volumes for us all!!\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cCall it childish, silly, annoying \u2026 We grow up to become women but do you dare keep the most sensitive part of the soul and allow it to rebel \u2026 the child within must speak in the most vulnerable of times. Sadness and darkness survive to make an understanding of losing someone and of the hurt and pain \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Alongside the post, Spears shared a video of her dancing in a leopard-printed body suit with a pair of black heels. She styled her blonde locks down in loose waves as she swayed to the music.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tContrary to reports, Britney Spears\u00a0was on her best behavior during a recent girls\u2019 night out. After Spears, 43, and her assistant got dinner at Red O in Westlake Village, California, on October 22, eyewitnesses claimed to the Daily Mail that the pop star acted \u201cerratically\u201d at the Mexican restaurant before \u201cdangerously\u201d speeding back to her [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes through suffering and ugliness and sacrifice, extremely rare and beautiful things can be manifested and shared that can touch another person so they understand they are not alone \u2026 and yet the woman in me will make sure I find my destination,\u201d she concluded. \u201c\u2026 PS I can\u2019t even look at food after this Thanksgiving\u2026 I cheated I was so bad \u2026 but it felt so damn good\u2026 forgive me father.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spears\u2019 post comes one month after her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, released his tell-all memoir, You Thought You Knew, and expressed concern for the singer after her 13-year conservatorship<\/a> ended in 2021.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve felt an increasing urgency that I can\u2019t ignore,\u201d Federline, 47, wrote in the book. \u201cThe truth is, this situation with Britney feels like it\u2019s racing toward something irreversible. The signs are all there: the erratic behavior, the isolation, the cycling of people around her, the refusal to accept help. It\u2019s become impossible to pretend everything\u2019s OK.\u201d<\/p>\n

Federline claimed that Spears, with whom he welcomed two children<\/a>, is \u201cgetting close to the eleventh hour.\u201d (The exes are parents to Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.)<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething bad is going to happen if things don\u2019t change, and my biggest fear is that our sons will be left holding the pieces,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThey love their mom. They\u2019ve seen the red flags. But they don\u2019t know how to help without being attacked, misunderstood or blamed.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cToxic\u201d singer, 43, reactivated her Instagram on Friday, November 8, to pose in black-and-white lingerie while giving her followers a sneak peek at her closet. Spears, for her part, has since clapped back at Federline\u2019s memoir<\/a> claims. In an October X post, Spears wrote, in part, that his \u201cconstant gaslighting \u2026 is extremely hurtful and exhausting.\u201d She also slammed his \u201cwhite lies\u201d and noted that she is \u201cthe only one who genuinely gets hurt here.\u201d<\/p>\n

One day after Federline released his memoir, Spears made headlines when she dined at Red O in California with her assistant, where eyewitnesses claimed to the Daily Mail that the singer acted \u201cerratically\u201d before \u201cdangerously\u201d speeding home.<\/p>\n

The restaurant\u2019s general manager, Oliver Wynn, however, exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that the reports were not \u201cfair, realistic or true.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was there and attended to Britney and her friend,\u201d Wynn said. \u201cShe was super chill and really nice. She was in and out of the restaurant within an hour. She just kind of hung out, grabbed a bite to eat and left.\u201d<\/p>\n
