We understand that some customers are having difficulting accessing CBS programming. Posted below is an update from our engineering team about known issues and their current status:<\/p>\n<p>Spectrum cable viewers &#8212;  We have learned that the new CBS5 station WKOF will be available on cable at channel 2, and 1256.  Currently, some viewers are getting a picture on those channels, some are not.  We\u2019re working with Spectrum to resolve the issue.  Please keep trying.FiOS viewers &#8212; We are currently working with Verizon FiOS to resolve errors in the program guide.  The correct WKOF CBS5 picture is reportedly visible on channel 505.YouTube &#8212; The program guide for CBS5 may be incorrect, but we believe the correct WKOF CBS5 picture is visible.NewVisions &#8212; Also experiencing program guide issues.  We\u2019re working on it.Over-the-air (antenna) viewers &#8212; In most cases you will not need to rescan your TV channels.  Try tuning 15.1, and rescan if you can\u2019t find it.
