\t\t\t\t\t\tMANCHESTER, N.H. \u2014 \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

One person is dead after a car crashed into a utility pole in Pelham, police said.<\/p>\n

Officials said they responded to Keyes Hill Road just before 4:30 p.m. Monday for a report of a crash. <\/p>\n

Keyes Hill Road reopened around 6:30 Tuesday morning after crews made repairs.<\/p>\n

At the scene, authorities found a heavily damaged vehicle that had struck and severed a utility pole. <\/p>\n

Police said the driver, an 81-year-old Hudson man, was extricated from the vehicle and taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. <\/p>\n

His name has not been released. The crash remains under investigation. <\/p>\n
