Update: Aaaaaand we have confirmation! Soon after engagement speculation began, a source for Page Six<\/a> confirmed that Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando are, in fact, engaged after four years of dating. Congrats, you two!!!<\/p>\n

Original story: Looks like Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando might (emphasis on might) be engaged! The couple stepped out together for a red carpet appearance on December 1, arriving at the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere looking extremely cute:<\/p>\n

And everyone was quick to notice a diamond on Miley’s ring finger, prompting engagement speculation:<\/p>\n

So…if Miley and Maxx are engaged, when did it happen? TBD, but DeuxMoi reports<\/a> that she was first spotted wearing the ring back in mid-November.<\/p>\n

Reminder: Miley and Maxx have been dating since 2021, though their relationship wasn’t confirmed until March 2022 when a source told Us Weekly<\/a> “It\u2019s a new relationship. They\u2019re still getting to know each other at the moment. They are having fun and have been spending a lot of time together.”<\/p>\n

Miley eventually opened up about their vibe to Vogue UK<\/a>, saying, “We got put on a blind date. Well, it was blind for me and not really for him. I thought, The worst that can happen is I leave.” Oh, and she said her ringtone for Maxx is “Tyrone” by Erykah Badu, explaining, “I call that ‘boyfriend sexy ringtone.'”<\/p>\n

More recently (as in this past September), Miley told The Cut<\/a>, “I ended up with a person who means a lot to me and treats me really well and respects me. I had to learn that the hard way because my mommy taught me the wrong way, and then I had to learn the right way by myself.”<\/p>\n
