Cara Delevingne discounted her massive Manhattan home by more than $1 million this week, according to a StreetEasy listing update.<\/p>\n
The English model-actress purchased<\/a> the Gramercy Park triplex from fellow multi-hyphenate Jimmy Fallon just a few years ago for $10.8 million. She listed the pad for $11 million in October. The nine-story doorman building is considered to be one the city\u2019s oldest surviving co-ops. Ownership there comes with keys to the ultra-private Gramercy Park across the street.<\/p>\n Fallon bought his first one-bedroom unit in the building in 2002 for $850,000, according to property records.
