\"106.3Blount Masscom will add the former Smooth Jazz 106.3 WEIB Northampton\/Springfield MA from Carol Moore Cutting\u2019s Cutting Edge Broadcasting for $190,000. WEIB, which went silent in April for financial reasons, will join Blount\u2019s Christian Preaching \u201cLife Changing Radio<\/a>\u201d network across New England.<\/p>\n

Berkshire Broadcasting donates 850 WAXB Ridgefield CT to Bud Williamson\u2019s Hudson Valley Public Radio. WAXB recently resumed operations after going silent in December 2024 following transmitter issues.<\/p>\n

Bill Wolfenbarger is increasing his 50% stake in Ellensburg Radio Broadcasting\u2019s Classic Country 1240 KXLE and Country 95.3 KXLE-FM<\/a> Ellensburg WA buying out Gregory Smith and David Hartman\u2019s 25% stakes each for a combined $325,000. Wolfenbarger also owns Jodesha Broadcasting with its three stations and five translators in and around Aberdeen WA.<\/p>\n

Other Sales This WeekArmada Media is reacquiring the Marinette WI\/Menominee MI cluster that it sold to Radio Plus Bay Cities LLC in 2013 for $1.5 million<\/a>.Marco Mazzoli and Stefania Pittaluga\u2019s ANCO Media Group is acquiring Dance \u201cVibe 99.7\u201d KHYZ Mountain Pass CA\/Las Vegas and four other stations<\/a> from Richard Heftel\u2019s Heftel Broadcasting Company for $1.4 million.Encouragement Media Group buys the Spanish Christian<\/a> \u201cOndas de Vida\u201d network of three stations and nine translators in California, Nevada, and Utah for $1,050,000.Kent Casson\u2019s Casson Media buys Silent 93.7 WJBC-FM Pontiac IL from Cumulus Media<\/a> for $90,000.Chris Nicholas is buying<\/a> Hit Radio Media\u2019s 99.9 WHCH Custer and 102.7 WMOM Pentwater MI from Jim Chesley, Steve Leach, and Jeff Lobdell for $47,558.88.Translator Sales<\/p>\n

iHeartMedia will acquire 92.7 W224CK Vestavia Hills\/Birmingham AL from Avondale Metal Works for $140,000. W224CK carries iHeart\u2019s \u201cBlack Information Network<\/a>\u201d via 102.5 WDXB-HD2 Pelham.<\/p>\n

Todd Robinson\u2019s KZLZ LLC buys Silent 102.3 K272GD South Fresno CA from Gary Cocola for $50,000. While the deal continues to list Bendita Eucaristia Radio\u2019s 1550 KXEX Fresno as parent signal, the deal includes a rebroadcast agreement allowing Robinson to specify a new parent on February 1, 2026 ahead of closing.<\/p>\n

Roger Wright\u2019s Prospect Communications sells 100.7 W264AD Columbia (with application to move to Franklin) to D&H Media for $65,000. W264AD will rebroadcast the buyer\u2019s Full Service Country 950 WAKM<\/a> Franklin.<\/p>\n

Prospect also sells 100.5 W263AE Lewisburg TN (with pending application to move to Columbia TN) to Greg Combs\u2019 Providential Broadcasting for $50,000. W263AE will rebroadcast the buyer\u2019s Christian 1460 WXRQ<\/a> Mount Pleasant.<\/p>\n

James Price\u2019s Little Dog Media Group will purchase 106.1 W291AL Fort Pierce FL from Central Educational Broadcasting for $50,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement is included allowing it to begin rebroadcasting the buyer\u2019s Talk 1590 WPSL<\/a> Port St. Lucie.<\/p>\n

Gaspar Christian\u2019s AF Group donates 106.1 K291DA San Antonio TX to Martin Guevara\u2019s Centro Cristiano de Vida Eterna San Antonio for no consideration. K291DA will rebroadcasting the acquirer\u2019s 91.5 KUVG Knippa TX.<\/p>\n

K-Love Inc. acquires 101.7 K269GF El Paso (with CP to move to 95.1) from One Ministries for $60,000. An original deal in 2021 would have seen K-Love acquire it ad 88.1 K201HW El Paso for $95,000 that never closed.
