Tom Brady’s<\/a> daughter is officially a teenager!\n<\/p>\n On Friday, Dec. 5, the retired NFL player, 48, shared a series of photos on Instagram<\/a> as he celebrated his daughter Vivian’s 13th birthday. The proud dad rounded up several of the father-daughter duo’s memories together, including this past Thanksgiving and pictures from a few of Vivian’s volleyball games.\n<\/p>\n “Happy 13th birthday to my precious forever baby girl. A TEENAGER \ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffc\ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffcI love you more than words can describe, and you are such a blessing to me and our family every single day,” Brady wrote in his caption. “Your smile lights up my life, and hearing you laugh is my favorite soundtrack.”\n<\/p>\n “I\u2019m so proud of you and how hard you work in school and in your sports. He is also dad to son Jack, 18, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.\n<\/p>\n Earlier this month, Brady shared a series of photos on\u00a0his Instagram<\/a>\u00a0as he rounded up his time spent in Michigan<\/a> with all three of his kids during Thanksgiving. In one photo, Brady could be seen giving his daughter Vivian a big hug as they stood on the University of Michigan field, where the sports star played football in college.\n<\/p>\n Brady’s sons, Jack and Benjamin, could also be seen enjoying a football game with their dad, decked out in Michigan gear. “What a special thanksgiving weekend with the people I love most!
