Tom Brady<\/a> is proving that being a dad is his biggest win of all.<\/p>\n

The former NFL star shared a sweet 13th birthday post for his daughter, Vivian.<\/p>\n

“Happy 13th birthday to my precious forever baby girl. A TEENAGER,” Tom wrote in a Dec. 5 Instagram post with photos of special moments over the years. “I love you more than words can describe, and you are such a blessing to me and our family every single day.”<\/p>\n

The seven-time Super Bowl champion\u2014who shares both Vivian and Benjamin, 15, with ex-wife Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/a> and is also dad to Jack, 18 with ex Bridget Moynahan\u2014went on the point out some of his favorite qualities of Vivian, who, per his photos, is taking after her dad with her athletic skills as a volleyball player.<\/p>\n

“Your smile lights up my life, and hearing you laugh is my favorite soundtrack,” he wrote. “I\u2019m so proud of you and how hard you work in school and in your sports. You put your heart into everything you do. You\u2019ve always been such a loving sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin, bringing so much joy to everyone in our family.”<\/p>\n

The 48-year-old also shared his excitement over the upcoming teenage years.<\/p>\n

“I can\u2019t wait to see you thrive this coming year, growing into the incredible person you\u2019re becoming,” he added. “I love our adventures together, you\u2019re the most amazing travel partner, and I\u2019m equally impressed by your ability to turn every trip into an epic scavenger hunt for the best ice cream or matcha latte. :)) I can\u2019t wait for all the fun memories still ahead.”<\/p>\n

Gisele\u2014who welcomed a baby<\/a> with boyfriend Joaquim Valente in February\u2014also took a moment to celebrate her daughter\u2019s special day.<\/p>\n

“Happy birthday my eternal baby girl!” Gisele wrote in her Dec. 5 Instagram story atop an old photo of her holding and giving a kiss to a younger Vivian\u2014who is sporting rainbow leggings with the words “believe in unicorns. “13 years ago I became the luckiest mama because you were born.”<\/p>\n

The model continued, “Thank you for being the best daughter! The world is a brighter place because you are in it. Keep sharing your light! I love you with all of my heart.”<\/p>\n

While Vivan and her siblings have parents who are some of the most well-known in their respective fields, Tom has shared that having celeb status doesn’t make parenting any easier\u2014in fact, it can make it even more challenging.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing a parent is probably the hardest job all of us have,\u201d Tom shared<\/a> at the Fortune Global Forum in Nov. 2024. \u201cWe screw up a lot and I\u2019ve screwed up a lot as a parent. So I don\u2019t want to seem like I\u2019m some expert in parenting, because I\u2019m certainly not that. I have three amazing kids. I try to be dependable and consistent for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

But just like his own parents, he is committed to standing by his kids every step of the way.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy kids naturally are gonna be faced with their own challenges, and they gotta figure out how to overcome them too,\u201d he continued. \u201cI\u2019ll be there to support them a lot like my parents did. “I\u2019ll be learning along the way right there with them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Few quarterbacks have tackled what Tom Brady<\/a> has achieved. <\/p>\n

During his 23 seasons in the league\u201420 with the New England Patriots and three with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers\u2014the athlete won seven Super Bowls<\/a>. And after retiring<\/a> and then unretiring<\/a> in 2022, he hung up his helmet for good<\/a> the following year.<\/p>\n

But his favorite teammates in life are his children. Tom shares son Jack<\/a> with ex Bridget Moynahan<\/a> (the two split in 2006 after almost three years of dating) and kids Benjamin and Vivian<\/a> with ex-wife Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/a> (the pair divorced<\/a> in 2022 after 13 years of marriage).<\/p>\n

“Spending time with my kids is a great thing for me,” the sports broadcaster told E! News<\/a> in 2023. “They bring so much to my life, and they add so much joy and energy and life and intensity and maturity. You see them mature in different ways, and I just want to be there to support them as best I can.”<\/p>\n

As a star on Blue Bloods for more than a decade, Bridget knows a thing or two about drama. But the media frenzy she faced in 2007 after the world learned she was pregnant with Tom\u2019s child<\/a>\u2014months after their relationship ended and his romance with Gisele began\u2014was a whole different level.<\/p>\n

“I would have cars following me, and men hiding in the bushes outside my house,” the actress recalled to People<\/a> in 2019. “As a new mother, you want to just protect your child. That kind of attention felt like a threat.”<\/p>\n

Because after Jack arrived in August 2007, she, Tom and Gisele eventually settled in to a co-parenting rhythm<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own,” Bridget added. “I don’t think you can ask for more than that. My son is surrounded by love.”<\/p>\n

For Bridget, her most valuable teammate is Andrew Frankel. The I, Robot star wed the businessman in 2015, becoming stepmom to his three sons.<\/p>\n

“What I learned was sometimes you have to fish in another pond, as the saying goes,” Bridget told Glamour<\/a> in 2021. “I had been dating people in the industry. I met a really solid, good human being with none of the pretension or all that other litter. He’s a really good person and a good partner. I don’t think as a younger person I understood what that meant when it pertains to real-life situations.”<\/p>\n

John Edward Thomas Moynahan<\/a> (a.k.a. Jack) entered the world in August 2007.<\/p>\n

“You have changed our lives since the day you were born,” Tom wrote on Instagram<\/a> for Jack’s 16th birthday in 2023, “and everyday since has been such a blessing for everyone who knows you and is lucky to have you in their life.”<\/p>\n

In fact, Gisele\u2014who’s called Jack her “bonus child<\/a>“\u2014has shared how his arrival led her and Tom to reevaluate their timeline for growing their family.<\/p>\n

“I credit Jack with accelerating Tom’s and my growing up in so many ways,” she wrote in her 2018 book Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life. “The two of us agreed that Jack should have siblings closer to his own age, and not 10 years younger. With Jack in our lives, our priorities definitely started to shift.”<\/p>\n

And while Jack is athletic like his dad (though it appears he’s more into basketball<\/a> and lacrosse), his parents have made it clear they want him to pursue his own path.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s kind of like that normal kid who doesn\u2019t really know what he wants to do yet, and I think that\u2019s OK,” Bridget said on Live With Kelly and Mark<\/a> in 2023. “I certainly don\u2019t want to put any pressure on him to do what I do or what his father does.”<\/p>\n

Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/p>\n

After being set up on a blind date in December 2006, Gisele and Tom wed in February 2009. The Brazilian supermodel and the football pro welcomed son Benjamin at the end of that year followed by daughter Vivian in 2012.<\/p>\n

And after years of ruling the runway, Gisele took a step back to focus on her family.<\/p>\n

“My world was them,” the fashion icon told Vanity Fair<\/a> in 2023. “Do you know how grateful I am that I got that time for myself? I breastfed my kids until they were almost 2 years old. I was taking them to school every day. I was making them breakfast, lunch\u2026 I was there.”<\/p>\n

Though it was game over for Gisele and Tom when they divorced in October 2022<\/a>, she called foul on rumors they split because he reversed his 2022 retirement and played for one last season. “It’s not so black and white,” she insisted to the magazine, sharing that they’d simply grown apart.<\/p>\n

After the breakup, Gisele grew closer to family jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. And in February 2025, the couple added to their roster by welcoming their first baby<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Benjamin<\/p>\n

Born in December 2009, Benjamin Rein Brady (a.k.a. Benny) is Tom and Gisele’s son. <\/p>\n

“I\u2019m so proud of the young man you are…” the NFL alum wrote on Instagram<\/a> for Benny’s 15th birthday in 2024. “You\u2019re a student, artist, athlete, musician, and teammate\u2026 but most of all you\u2019re the best brother and son anyone could ask for. You pour so much into everything you do, and it shows in the way you inspire others around you.”<\/p>\n

And just like his dad, Benny has developed a love of football<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“I’ve been throwing the ball to him in the backyard. He’s gonna be a little beast,” Tom shared on a 2023 episode of Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray. “He’s an amazing kid and he’s got a lot of talents. He’s a really talented musician and artist. And then he told me this year, ‘Dad, I’m playing football.'”<\/p>\n

Vivian<\/p>\n

While Vivian Lake Brady<\/a> was born back in December 2012, to her dad, she’ll be his “forever baby girl.”<\/p>\n

“Watching you grow and chase after your dreams are the proudest moments of my life,” Tom wrote on Instagram<\/a> for her 12th birthday in 2024. “Your love, compassion, and joy fill up every room that you\u2019re in, and will always make your daddy smile. You light up my life!”<\/p>\n

And yes, you can see the family resemblance between Vivian and Gisele (so much so, in fact, Vanity Fair noted Vivi can unlock her mom’s phone using Face ID). Take one look at the Nourish author’s Instagram and you’ll see photos of the duo horseback riding and practicing yoga.<\/p>\n

“I am so proud of you in every way,” Gisele wrote on Instagram<\/a> in 2023. “Thank you for making my life so much brighter! Te amo muito.”<\/p>\n

Joaquim Valente<\/p>\n

Initially, Gisele insisted her relationship with Joaquim was strictly platonic.<\/p>\n

“I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I\u2019m divorced, I\u2019m sure that they\u2019re going to try to attach me to anything,” she told Vanity Fair in 2023 before then praising the jiu-jitsu instructor and his brothers. “I\u2019m so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially. He\u2019s our teacher and, most importantly, he\u2019s a person that I admire and that I trust. It\u2019s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy.”<\/p>\n

But eventually, their friendship turned into something more.<\/p>\n

“This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,” she told The New York Times<\/a> in March 2024 without naming names. “It\u2019s very different. It is very honest, and it\u2019s very transparent.”<\/p>\n

However, she shot down any accusations she cheated<\/a> on Tom during their marriage and noted, “That is a lie.”<\/p>\n

While Joaquim and Gisele have occasionally been spotted showing PDA on the beach<\/a>, they keep most of their life together private.<\/p>\n

Another part of their life they’ve kept private? Their little one.<\/p>\n

In fact, Gisele and Joaquim have yet to reveal the baby’s name since welcoming the child in early 2025. However, she has offered a few peeks at their bundle of joy<\/a>, such as by sharing a photo of the baby<\/a> wearing an “I Heart Mom” onesie on Mother’s Day 2025.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve been quiet over here but very busy living life..” she wrote on Instagram<\/a>. “Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren\u2019t shared \u2014 they\u2019re simply lived. Lately, I\u2019ve been embracing the slower rhythms, the real connections, the beauty in the lessons that come with being present.”<\/p>\n
