First up there\u2019s Taylor Sheridan\u2019s oil drilling series \u201cLandman,\u201d starring Billy Bob Thornton and Demi Moore, which has been picked up for a third season.<\/p>\n<p>The renewal comes as the second season is still in the midst of airing, the season premiere nabbing 9.2 million views worldwide over its first few days \u2013 more than triple its first season debut.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne-led dramedy \u201cPlatonic\u201d has been renewed for a third season.  The order comes three months after the second season debuted back in August.<\/p>\n<p>Then, Hulu\u2019s Glen Powell-led comedy \u201cChad Powers\u201d has been renewed for a second season.  Powell will reprise his role in the new run which will follow the cliffhanger ending of the first season and is expected to follow straight on from the first season \u2013 no gap in events.  <\/p>\n<p>Finally, both the \u201cBlue Bloods\u201d spin-off \u201cBoston Blue\u201d and the \u201cFire Country\u201d spin-off \u201cSheriff Country\u201d have both scored second season renewals over at CBS.
