Adam Sandler<\/a> and Ariana Grande<\/a> first met on the Haunted Mansion<\/a>. Picture it: it\u2019s closing time at the Happiest Place on Earth. The Sandman, Ariana Grande, the Hatbox Ghost \u2014 three queens linking up to maximize their joint slay. During the Variety \u201cActors on Actors\u201d gabfest between Sandler and Grande, the two reminisced about meeting in the pre-ride queue of the Haunted Mansion. \u201cWe\u2019d just gotten off of the scary elevator that says \u2018Are these walls actually stretching?\u2019\u201d Grande said. \u201cWhen it shows the hanging body? I can\u2019t believe that.\u201d Sandler, in true dad form, mainly remembered the line. Or lack thereof. \u201cIt was like 11 o\u2019clock at night,\u201d he said. \u201cThere was no line.\u201d<\/p>\n

This meeting of the minds took place back when Grande was dating Mac Miller, as Sandler recounted that \u201cMac\u201d was with her at the time. Sandler was accompanied by his wife and daughters, who are Arianators. As evidence, scroll a little further along the Variety video, where Sandler says his family played Grande\u2019s rendition of \u201cI Won\u2019t Say I\u2019m in Love\u201d from Disney\u2019s Hercules<\/a> on repeat since it dropped. He even shouts out composer\/Disney Legend Alan Menken<\/a>. \u201cLove that guy,\u201d he said. Grande barely remembers doing it, calling the song a \u201cpandemic blackout spot.\u201d But Adam Sandler remembers. Oh, Adam Sandler remembers.<\/p>\n
