Dethklok and Amon Amarth will be co-headlining a North American tour together in the spring of 2026. That run will find the real-life incarnation of the animated metal band out with the Viking-obsessed Swedish melodic death metallers in April & May. Medieval doom metal metallers Castle Rat are set to open. They\u2019ve dubbed that run \u2018The Amonlok Conquest\u2018, with the trek set to herald not only a new album from Amon Amarth, but also the 20th anniversary of the \u2018Metalocalypse\u2018 Adult Swim series that spawned Dethklok.<\/p>\n
Amon Amarth said of the run:<\/p>\n
\u201cThree bands. One night. The strong will scream. The weak will fall. Limbs will be lost. We will crush skulls beneath our boots and tear the halls down stone by stone. This is not a concert. It is a reckoning. If you survive\u2026 perhaps the gods have other plans for you.\u201d<\/p>\n
