CASPER, Wyo. \u2014 A Casper man is now facing felony charges<\/a> for alleged repeated violations of a protection order against an ex-partner, culminating last month in an alleged forcible entry into her home.<\/p>\n

Luis Gabriel Aldrete Torres, 39, was arrested on Nov. 22 outside the woman\u2019s home after police responded to a welfare check. The caller said he had been on the phone with the woman who was telling him that Aldrete Torres was outside the residence, and she yelled \u201cstop\u201d before the call abruptly dropped.<\/p>\n

Casper Police Officer Sarah Price responded to the Allendale Bouvelard residence in south Casper around 11:30 p.m. After knocking for a second time she heard the woman on the south side of the building and located her. Aldrete Torres was found at the garage entrance and allegedly walked toward officer Price aggressively, according to the affidavit.<\/p>\n

He allegedly pulled away from Officer Price and another officer arrived to help get him into cuffs. The officer wrote that he berated the woman and was acting erratically.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The woman said Torres had gotten in by pulling up the garage door, and once he was inside he began searching for a man who wasn\u2019t there and demanded to know where he was. She said he took her cell phone and dragged her downstairs and allegedly tried to yank her pants down.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She said he also pushed her, causing her to fall against her cactus plants. Officer Price reported seeing red marks on the woman\u2019s left tricep.<\/p>\n

Torres was charged with burglary for allegedly trying to commit a sexual assault after gaining unlawful entry into the home. Repeated alleged contacts in the months prior and the Nov. 22 incident itself support the charge of felony stalking in violation of an existing protection order.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with domestic battery and interference. He posted a $30,000 cash or surety bond but was arrested again last Thursday due to the new allegations supporting a revocation of his misdemeanor probation for previous no-contact order violations.<\/p>\n

His probation agent told the judge on Friday that he had been \u201cextremely manipulative\u201d and engaged in \u201cdeceitful behavior\u201d since being put on probation in July. A new $10,000 cash or surety bond was set after he denied the revocation allegations.<\/p>\n

Aldrete Torres is presumed innocent unless he pleads or is found guilty.\u00a0<\/p>\n
