The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.\u201cWhen I seen that this happened, it was a complete shock,\u201d neighbor Donay Jones said. \u201cI genuinely hope that he’s okay.\u201dPreliminary information shows the victim arrived at his residence and interrupted a burglary occurring inside involving multiple people. Detectives are now investigating and believe there are multiple suspects involved.No arrests had been made as of Wednesday evening.Jones said she\u2019s eager for answers and to feel safe in her neighborhood once again.\u201cI’ve always felt safe. Usually when we see something suspicious, you know, all the neighbors will kind of just, you know, come outside and we’ll say, \u2018Hey, did you see something or did you hear something?\u2019 And we’re always just kind of just looking out and watching out for each other,\u201d Jones said.
