Starting next year, they won&#8217;t be able to use SNAP funds to buy prepackaged sweets, candy, soda, sugary juices and certain other items.<\/p>\n<p>The move is drawing praise for its healthy focus. Others say it&#8217;s a way to target the poor.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think?
