The project is looking to bring eighteen units of housing to a now-vacant lot, just eight minutes away from the Ashby BART Station on foot.<\/p>\n<p>The 43-foot-tall structure is expected to yield 25,310 square feet, including 15,775 square feet for residential use, 1,980 square feet for ground-floor retail, and 710 square feet for a roof deck with views across the neighborhood. Apartment sizes will vary with six studios, six one-bedrooms, and six two-bedrooms. Michael Bradley of the Gunderman Group is listed as the application\u2019s contact person.
