{"id":347772,"date":"2025-12-14T06:38:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-14T06:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/347772\/"},"modified":"2025-12-14T06:38:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-14T06:38:12","slug":"naira-records-first-appreciation-against-dollar-after-days-of-decline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/347772\/","title":{"rendered":"Naira records first appreciation against dollar after days of decline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Naira on Friday recorded its first appreciation against the United States Dollar after its depreciation streak since December 2, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Central Bank of Nigeria\u2019s data showed that the Naira appreciated to N1,454.4123 per dollar on Friday, up from N1,456.0656 on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/dailypost.ng\/2025\/12\/12\/naira-records-four-consecutive-depreciations-against-us-dollar\/<\/p>\n<p>This means that the Naira appreciated by N1.66 per dollar on a day-to-day basis at the official foreign exchange market.
