In the U.S., it\u2019s primarily grown in California, Mississippi and North Carolina, and they\u2019re typically harvested in the fall, from August through November.<\/p>\n<p>Are sweet potatoes good for you?<\/p>\n<p data-identity=\"paragraph-element\" class=\"text-gray-800 my-rem16px text-rem19px leading-rem34px  \">Sweet potatoes are great for your gut, heart and eyes.
