On Wednesday, Dec, 10, the Selling Sunset star, 32, posted a TikTok video of her sharing the oatmeal recipe that led to her recent weight gain. \u201cThe oatmeal that helped me gain 30 lbs. in six months,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
In the clip, the reality star\u2019s oatmeal included raisins, nuts, sugar, a cinnamon stick, shredded coconut, milk, water and an entire stick of butter.<\/p>\n
\u201cHow I gained weight? EAT YA OATS!\u201d she wrote in the caption. \u201cThis twice a day on top of ur regular diet #smotheredoats.\u201d<\/p>\n

U only see the light once u are out of the dark. Please stop this, I added weight, stopped wearing heavy makeup, eyeshadow and lashes,” she replied<\/a> to a now-deleted X post. “If you don\u2019t like my natural face, just say that.”<\/p>\n She then added a second post<\/a> minutes later. “All this what did you do to your face nonsense\u2026 always had almond eyes, a tiny nose and full lips.
