{"id":352166,"date":"2025-12-16T14:03:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T14:03:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/352166\/"},"modified":"2025-12-16T14:03:08","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T14:03:08","slug":"chris-kreider-is-finding-the-gratitude-in-his-post-rangers-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/352166\/","title":{"rendered":"Chris Kreider is finding the gratitude in his post-Rangers life"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just outside the visiting locker room at Madison Square Garden on Monday morning, Chris Kreider did his best to downplay his return to New York.<\/p>\n<p>As someone who has never enjoyed the individual spotlight, it was evident that Kreider wasn\u2019t exactly at ease as he fielded questions about his 13 years as a Ranger, what it meant to him, and how he expected to feel going into his first game against the organization that drafted him 19th overall in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Kreider has always been good at<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/12\/12\/sports\/ducks-chris-kreider-viewing-return-to-garden-as-strictly-a-business-trip\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> making it about his team<\/a>, now the up-and-coming Ducks.
