In the immediate wake of her mother, Lisa Marie Presley\u2019s sudden death in 2023, Riley Keough was thrown into a public battle with her grandmother, Priscilla, over her late mother\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n

And even Priscilla\u2019s son, Navarone Garcia wanted a cut, according to a lawsuit filed against him by Priscilla\u2019s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor years, Priscilla lived off of her daughter Lisa Marie, funneling money from her trust and using it to fund Navarone\u2019s lifestyle and drug addiction,\u201d they claim in an amended complaint<\/a> filed on Tuesday, December 16 and obtained by the National Enquirer.<\/p>\n

\u201cPriscilla\u2019s love for Navarone was, and always has been, incestuous,\u201d they added in the complaint.<\/p>\n

When Lisa Marie died, she left her entire estate to Riley, 36.<\/p>\n

\u201cShockingly, after Priscilla<\/a> \u2026 initiated an action against Lisa Marie\u2019s daughter, Riley Keough, over control over Lisa\u2019s estate,\u201d the filing alleges, Garcia, 38, \u201cdemanded that Plaintiffs negotiate a multi-million-dollar settlement on his behalf.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kruse and Fialko \u201cadvised him that there was no guarantee and that he may not be entitled to anything, particularly given his drug use, as Lisa Marie\u2019s wishes were clear that no one using drugs would be entitled to any inheritance,\u201d they claim in the complaint.<\/p>\n

\u201cNavarone became enraged, berating and otherwise verbally abusing Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko on a daily basis, until Riley agreed to terms where Navarone could forego taking a drug test,\u201d the filing reads.<\/p>\n

Keough and her grandmother, 80, settled their dispute in 2023, with the Jay Kelly actress agreeing to pay Priscilla $1.4 million in settlement and legal fees, plus another $100,000 per year to serve as a special advisor to the estate. At the time, Kruse and Fialko claim, they also negotiated a \u201csettlement payment of $2.7 million\u201d for Garcia.<\/p>\n

Kruse and Fialko have alleged in a separate lawsuit against Priscilla \u2014 who is in turn suing them for elder abuse and fraud \u2014 that they were fired shortly after making the deal for Priscilla and Navarone.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley\u2019s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,\u201d Priscilla\u2019s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, told TMZ<\/a> of the latest lawsuit.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley\u2019s son, cousin, and assistant,\u201d they added. \u201cThese recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.\u201d<\/p>\n
