(KWCH) &#8211; The Kansas Department of Transportation has reopened I-70 between Colby and Goodland. It was closed for several hours overnight due to low visibility caused by the extreme wind gusts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"> Storm Team 12 says Goodland has already reported an 84 mile-per-hour wind gust.
