Addison Rae<\/a> is chiming in on the rumored feud between pop stars Taylor Swift<\/a> and Charli XCX<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old \u201cDiet Pepsi\u201d singer was interviewed by The LA Times<\/a> recently and asked if she could avoid pop girl rivalries and whether or not she felt as if she had to \u201ctake a side\u201d between Taylor and Charli, especially since Addison and is close friends with the \u201c360\u2033 singer.<\/p>\n

\u201cCan you avoid it? Take Taylor Swift versus your friend Charli XCX as an example. I wonder whether you feel like you have to take a side,\u201d is the question the interviewer posed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess we\u2019ll have to see. But there\u2019s so much more to all these things. There are people that do weird things, and I try to avoid those people,\u201d Addison responded.<\/p>\n

When pressed, she mentioned how sometimes things can happen \u201cbehind the scenes as well \u2013 producers and dramas in writing and ideas and back-end conversations.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cOn my record with [producers] Luka [Kloser] and Elvira [Anderfj\u00e4rd], we had worked with someone \u2014 or tried to include them in something \u2014 and then we didn\u2019t really feel like it was necessary. No bad blood. Then all of a sudden, this person had gone and worked with someone else, and things were sounding similar. The timeline of it all was very confusing and interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the Thanksgiving star hasn\u2019t talked about the details publicly and says it\u2019s all \u201cso irrelevant.\u201d <\/p>\n
