Exeter<\/a> has been named National Newcomer of the Year at the National Fitness Awards, officially recognising the studio as the best new fitness business in the UK.<\/p>\nThe site is the first in its area to fully adopt a small group personal training model, which combines the personal attention of one-to-one coaching with the energy and accountability of group training.<\/p>\n
Every session is coach-led, focusing on expert programming and individual progression.<\/p>\n

Director Lennox Suckley said: “Anatomy represents everything I believe great coaching should be. Today, we have a team of exceptional trainers delivering world-class, fully coach-led sessions every single day.<\/p>\n
“Every detail of the gym exists to raise standards and give people a place where they can genuinely progress.<\/p>\n
“This award is a reflection of where we are now – a business built on quality, consistency, and the belief that people deserve to train better.”<\/p>\n
The award recognised the business for its growth, commitment to standards, and community-first approach.<\/p>\n
Long-standing member Sam, 57, said: “After two hip replacements and years of declining health, I honestly didn’t expect to feel this strong again.<\/p>\n
