The Philadelphia Film Critics Circle (PFCC) has selected One Battle After Another as the best film of 2025. <\/p>\n
In what essentially amounted to a back and forth between One Battle After Another and Sinners, fully nine categories saw one film as the winner and the other as the runner-up. In the end, both films took home five wins.<\/p>\n
Similarly, nearly all critics groups have awarded either Jessie Buckley (Hamnet) or Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I\u2019d Kick You) in Best Actress; Philadelphia has gone with Buckley with Byrne as their runner-up.<\/p>\n
