\u201cThe kitchen on the first floor has high-end, state-of-the-art appliances, The kitchen cabinets, and all the other cabinets in the home, were handcrafted by Ken Brown [a noted cabinet maker]. The main kitchen has two dishwashers, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a spacious eating area, and views of downtown Hartford. It is a chef\u2019s kitchen. It has everything you could ever want,\u201d Burgio said. This kitchen also opens onto a terrace with more commanding views. There is a second gourmet kitchen on the lower level.<\/p>\n

The primary suite on the first floor was described as beautiful by Burgio. It has a private terrace, hardwood floors, tray ceiling, and large windows with spectacular views of downtown Hartford. The primary bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower. Walk-in closets provide ample storage space and feature built-in California Closets storage systems. \u201cThe views from the Jacuzzi tub are beautiful,\u201d Burgio said.<\/p>\n
