Each year, Baseball America develops its Top 30 Prospects rankings for the Prospect Handbook. Our 2026 Handbook is\u00a0available for pre-order now<\/a>, with a digital version due out in January and print copies mailing in March.<\/p>\n In recent years, we have added a new wrinkle: evaluating and ranking the top overall graduated prospects from last year\u2019s Prospect Handbook. The goal is to give prospects-turned-big leaguers their due before we say farewell and turn our attention to the next wave of talent working its through the minor leagues.<\/p>\n Below, you can find the top 50 graduated prospects for 2025. Players are ranked by BA Grade<\/a>, which gauges each player\u2019s realistic upside on the 20-80 scouting scale. A Risk assessment deducts points\u201415 for High, 10 for Average, five for Mild and none for Low\u2014to determine each prospect\u2019s Tier.
