Now, compared to Delle Donne or Candace Parker, Holdsclaw\u2019s WNBA resume does fall short. She never won an MVP award, nor did she play for a WNBA championship or runner up team. But most of Holdsclaw\u2019s career, especially early on, was with a Mystics team that often didn\u2019t have much to root for.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">There is no cap on how many people who can be named to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in any given year. However, the committees aren\u2019t simply going to hand a trophy to every potential candidate.
