Say what you want about the stonecold hitman, but he\u2019s as helpful and selfless as they come. He\u2019s come to Britt\u2019s (Kelly Thiebaud) rescue several times since she returned from the dead, covered up Dalton\u2019s (Daniel Goddard) dead body with no questions asked, and still made time to put up a tree at Alexis\u2019 house with his son. <\/p>\n Gio has never meant any harm, and has certainly never meant for anyone to get in trouble on his behalf. All he\u2019s ever done was help; he saved Ned (Wally Kurth) during his heart attack, freed a pack of dogs from Dalton\u2019s lab, and has always been the best big brother to Rocco, no matter what Dante says. He definitely deserves a violin-sized present<\/a> under the tree this year.<\/p>\n Finally, topping off the nice list is none other than Port Charles\u2019 best girl, Outback.
