The Boston Bruins believe the Holiday break came at a good time, as the team needed a reset.<\/p>\n
Boston entered the break with a 6-2 loss to the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday at home. It was the Bruins\u2019 fourth-straight loss, as Boston went 0-3-1 in its four-game homestand, which was disappointing to the team.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s terrible, it stinks,\u201d Steeves said on Tuesday, as seen on NESN\u2019s postgame coverage. \u201cReally, this whole homestand, going into break, it\u2019s unfortunate. But I think it\u2019s moments like these where you find out how tight the group is. <\/p>\n
\u201cI know we have a tight group, and I know we\u2019ll bounce back from this and we\u2019ll be stronger because of it. Stings for now.\u201d<\/p>\n
Boston is 20-17-1 and now outside of a playoff spot amid its losing streak.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a disappointing stretch for the Bruins, and defenseman Nikita Zadorov expects the team to get it together after the break.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s disappointing to lose four in a row at home,\u201d Zadorov added. \u201cIt is disappointing. It\u2019s not what we want to show our fans. We have three days\u2019 break, (so) we have to get it together. We\u2019re still there.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Bruins will return to the ice on Saturday on the road against the Buffalo Sabres.<\/p>\n
