The TV personality, 72, jumped on Instagram ahead of Christmas to share that she was back in the kitchen serving up one of her mother\u2019s recipes.<\/p>\n
\u201cI thought my cooking days were over for a while since Thanksgiving but apparently a lot of people said, ‘Well, what about more stuffing? I never got more stuffing,’\u201d Gifford says<\/a> as she\u2019s seen mixing around ingredients in a huge wooden mixing bowl.<\/p>\n Michael Tullberg\/Getty<\/p>\n Kathy Lee Gifford in May 2025.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, here I am making more of my mom\u2019s favorite sage and sausage stuffing,\u201d she says, referencing the dish that is seemingly a mainstay in her household, later adding: \u201cEverybody loves it.\u201d<\/p>\n “It just wouldn\u2019t be the holidays without it! \ud83c\udf84\u2728 Merry Christmas, everybody!,” she added in her caption.<\/p>\n Before the video comes to a close, Gifford signs off with \u201cGosh, I\u2019m a wonderful person\u201d as the person behind the camera lets out a laugh.<\/p>\n This is not the first time Gifford has talked about the popular dish. Just last month while preparing for Thanksgiving dinner, the former Today show co-host appeared behind what seemed to be the same massive bowl.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I don\u2019t make this, there\u2019s a mutiny in my family,\u201d she said in the video shared to Instagram. <\/a><\/p>\n Chelsea Lauren\/Variety\/Penske Media\/Getty<\/p>\n Cassidy Gifford, Cody Gifford and Kathie Lee Gifford.<\/p>\n Gifford\u2019s family continues to grow as her son Cody Gifford<\/a> recently welcomed his third child with wife Erika and her daughter Cassidy Gifford<\/a> has two children herself.<\/p>\n “Babies are the last great miracle left in life. They never cease to amaze you, astound you and delight you,” said Gifford after her daughter welcomed daughter Rosie in June.<\/a> “I am so in love already with this precious little girl!”<\/p>\n “I can’t even believe I am saying the word ‘girl’ ’cause I got so used to ‘boys,’ and I love our boys, but this girl is gonna rule the roost.
