She opens the video by talk-singing the chorus of \u201cAll by Myself\u201d before launching into a parody of the Grinch\u2019s monologue about his schedule from the Jim Carrey-led 2000 film \u201cHow the Grinch Stole Christmas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThe nerve of those Whos, inviting me down there on such short notice. Even if I wanted to go, my schedule wouldn\u2019t allow it!\u201d she says, holding in her lap a small dog wearing antlers like the Grinch\u2019s dog, Max. \u201c4:00 \u2014 exercise my voice. 4:30 \u2014 wake my children up. 5:00 \u2014 solve world hunger. Tell no one. 5:30 \u2014 jazzercize. 6:30 \u2014 dinner with me. I can\u2019t cancel that again! 7:00 \u2014 wrestle with my creative ideas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cI\u2019m booked!\u201d Dion continues. \u201cOf course, if I bumped my creative ideas to 9:00, I\u2019ll still have time to lay in bed and scroll TikTok videos endlessly. Or I can just simply wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year\u2026 boring!\u201d She closes the video by beginning to sing \u201cAll by Myself\u201d again: \u201cWhen I was young, I never needed anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cAll by Myself\u201d was originally released by singer-songwriter Eric Carmen in in 1975 and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
