My mom and my dad never legally divorced.<\/p>\n<p>My mom passed away a few years ago and my dad passed away late last year.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re having a bit of a crisis.<\/p>\n<p>AITA for contesting the will even though he left everything he owned to his girlfriend?<\/p>\n<p>They share two young kids I don\u2019t have a relationship with.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s entitled to it\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Where I live, since my parents weren\u2019t divorced, I\u2019m the sole legal \u201cheir\u201d to my parents\u2019 estates.<\/p>\n<p>I already got a good chunk from my mom and I\u2019m also a medical professional so it\u2019s not like I\u2019m hurting for money. My wife also works at a good job.<\/p>\n<p>But the way I see it, it\u2019s not my fault my dad never made things official with his girlfriend and she can figure out her own
