Manchester United are currently leading 1-0 against Newcastle United in the Premier League.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Patrick Dorgu scored midway through the first half to hand his side the lead. Manchester United did reasonably well during the first half, but they are struggling right now. Newcastle United have been all over the home team in the second half, and the job has only become harder for the Red Devils after their recent substitutions.<\/p>\n

Ruben Amorim has made changes in the second half<\/p>\n

Amorim brought on Joshua Zirkzee to replace Benjamin Sesko, and Casemiro made way for Leny Yoro around the hour mark.<\/p>\n

Neville told the BBC<\/a>: \u201cNewcastle were on top anyway, but I\u2019d be very surprised if this goes well for Man Utd in the next half an hour. They look all out at sea at the moment after those substitutions.\u201d<\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can hold onto their lead and grind out a vital three points. They need to pick up wins in these games if they want to compete in the UEFA Champions League next season. A club of their stature should be competing at that level regularly.<\/p>\n

Manchester United will have to control the game better in the remaining 30 minutes if they want to get the job done. Newcastle have done really well to push the home back into their box, and they have the quality to find a breakthrough if Manchester United do not end their spell of domination.<\/p>\n

The departure of Casemiro in particular seemed baffling as the Brazilian did well to keep the Newcastle attackers under control. He had an impressive first half, and Manchester United should have kept him on.<\/p>\n

The player himself looked bewildered while coming off.<\/p>\n
