The new series blends the intensity of a horror film with the pressure of a survival game\u00a0where contestants are confronted with their fears in various scenarios.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Executive producers include series showrunner Nicotero\u00a0and\u00a0Brian Witten\u00a0from Monster Agency Productions,\u00a0Chris Wagner\u00a0from White Label, and\u00a0Andrew Molina\u00a0from Salaryman.\u00a0Jeffrey F. January\u00a0serves as co-executive producer.<\/p>\n<p>Said Award-winning special effects artist, director and executive producer Greg Nicotero <a href=\"https:\/\/bloody-disgusting.com\/tv\/3863153\/guts-glory-horror-competition-series-from-shudder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">previously<\/a>, \u201cI couldn\u2019t be more excited with this opportunity to explore this new landscape. To marry a non-scripted competition show with a genre narrative lands along the lines of \u2018if\u00a0Survivor\u00a0and\u00a0The Blair Witch Project\u00a0had a baby.\u2018\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0one of the most creative and organic things I\u2019ve ever done, creating FX that have to happen live in real time and capturing the honest reactions\u2026.all the while fighting to see who the winner will be.
