Jamie Lee Curtis<\/a> almost experienced an excellent day for an exorcism.<\/p>\n The Freaky Friday star revealed that as a preteen she was asked to audition for the 1970s horror classic The Exorcist by producer Ray Stark, who was also a friend of her mother Janet Leigh.<\/p>\n \u201cHe called my mom and said, \u2018Hey, I’m producing the movie of the book The Exorcist.
