The overall vehicular capacity is expected to be around 1,499 stalls.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/wrns-studios\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WRNS Studio<\/a> is the architect responsible for the design, with <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/bkf-engineers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BKF<\/a> as the civil engineering firm. Renderings show the two office buildings will have slightly different design schemes. The North Building will be wrapped in a green metal grid with vertical fins. The two offices will be connected by an elevated private bridge spanning a proposed wetland landscape and public pathways. The waterfront will be enhanced with a multimodal path for pedestrians and cyclists.<\/p>\n<p>The 13.65-acre property is located along Redwood Creek, across from Bair Island. The site is less than 15 minutes away from the Redwood City Caltrain Station by bicycle, or ten minutes by car.
