CLEVELAND, Ohio \u2014 University Hospitals\u2019 Broadview Heights urgent care clinic on East Royalton Road has moved to a new location, the health system recently announced<\/p>\n

The new location \u2014 9000 Treeworth Blvd., Suite A, Broadview Heights \u2014 is part of the network of 25 urgent care clinics across Northeast Ohio, the health system said. UH recently opened urgent care clinics in Parma and Orange Village. <\/p>\n

Opening just in time for peak flu and respiratory virus season, the Broadview Heights location offers rapid testing and treatment for flu, COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus, strep, and more. <\/p>\n

It also provides treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, on-site X-ray, laceration repair, lab services, EKG, medication dispensing and more, UH said. <\/p>\n

The Broadview Heights location is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. Patients can walk in any time or book ahead online at UHurgentcare.org.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cHaving easy access to urgent care locations provides a more affordable option than emergency departments for patients who don\u2019t have a primary care physician but need immediate, non-life-threatening medical attention,\u201d said UH Chief Operating Officer Dr. Paul Hinchey.\u201dBy offering more urgent care locations, we can relieve the burden on emergency departments and reduce wait times so our emergency medicine teams can focus on critical cases.\u201d<\/p>\n
