Peter Greene\u2019s family and friends held a private memorial service for the \u201cMask\u201d star on Dec. 27, Page Six has learned. <\/p>\n
Some of Greene\u2019s closest friends \u2014 including \u201cThe Sopranos\u201d star Federico Castelluccio<\/a>, Vincent Young, Saul Stein, Garry Pastore, New York actor and musician Skam Dust and film producer Noel Ashman \u2014 were among the small crowd of \u201c35 to 40 people\u201d who gathered at St. Michael Church in Cranford, NJ, to pay their final respects, an insider shared.<\/p>\n Castelluccio, who starred alongside Greene in the 2019 film \u201cExit 0,\u201d described the late star as, \u201cone of the best character actors of his generation,\u201d during an emotional speech that brought him and the room to tears, according to our source.<\/p>\n \u201cEveryone shared a story, and everyone broke down crying. People loved him like a brother,\u201d the insider said.<\/p>\n Greene was born in nearby Montclair, NJ, in 1965.<\/p>\n Friends and family paid their final respects at a service for Peter Greene on Saturday.
