The Oscar-nominated actor and former professional boxer is facing eviction from a Los Angeles home after allegedly racking up nearly $60,000 in unpaid rent, according to court records.<\/p>\n
Rourke, 73, was served with a three-day notice to pay rent or vacate by Dec. 18 after failing to make monthly payments on a Beverly Grove rental where the rent had climbed to $7,000 a month, filings show. <\/p>\n

At the time the notice was issued, Rourke allegedly owed $59,100. His financial situation is unclear.<\/p>\n

The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath property is described in a Zillow listing as a \u201cnicely upgraded Spanish bungalow\u201d built in 1926. <\/p>\n
A representative for Rourke did not respond to The Post\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n
