Where Kourtney Kardashian<\/a> leads, her daughter Penelope Disick<\/a> will follow.<\/p>\n

The Kardashians<\/a> star was joined by the 13-year-old, who she shares with ex Scott Disick<\/a>, during a recent visit to the Gilmore Girls<\/a> set located on the Warner Bros. Studios backlot in Burbank, Calif.<\/p>\n

Kourtney, 46, and Penelope made it a girls trip as they explored Stars Hollow, grabbing coffee at Luke’s Diner and popping into Doose’s Market in the fictional town.<\/p>\n

But by the time the pair hit up Miss Patty’s School of Ballet, it was clear that Penelope had some height over her five-foot mom. Though the teen opted to wear flat sneakers, she still towered over Kourtney, who donned heeled booties.<\/p>\n

Sharing pictures from their family outing, Kourtney wrote on Instagram Dec. 31<\/a> in reference to Lauren Graham<\/a> and Alexis Bledel<\/a>‘s mother-daughter characters, “The Rory to my Lorelai.”<\/p>\n

And like many parents, the Poosh founder can’t help but to marvel at how fast time has passed.<\/p>\n

When Penelope celebrated her birthday in July<\/a>, Kourtney\u2014who also shares kids Mason Disick<\/a>, 16, and Reign Disick<\/a>, 11, with Scott as well as son Rocky Barker<\/a>, 2, with husband Travis Barker<\/a>\u2014remarked that her “little lady” was growing up fast.<\/p>\n

“Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done,” she wrote on Instagram<\/a>. “She inspires me to be a better person every day. I won\u2019t ever have the words for how much joy and love she brings to my life.”<\/p>\n

That’s why Kourtney had no problem taking Penelope to Italy to ring in her birthday. As she added on Instagram Stories, \u201cI am so indescribably grateful for my sweet girl.<\/p>\n

“My parents spent their honeymoon here 47 years ago,” Kourtney explained, “so special to get to bring my daughter here.\u201d<\/p>\n
