article font size<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0Canadian\u00a0woman\u00a0has been\u00a0charged\u00a0in the United States\u00a0with\u00a0crossing\u00a0into\u00a0Washington state and\u00a0kicking\u00a0a\u00a0border\u00a0agent in the\u00a0face.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/70c8fc80.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;width:1px;height:1px\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The accused is facing one count each of assault on a federal officer and improper entry after the incident Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0U.S. district court documents, the <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/tag\/fbi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FBI<\/a> alleges the\u00a0woman\u00a0was denied entry at the Peace Arch\u00a0border\u00a0crossing, south of Surrey, B.C., because she had a marijuana vape pen.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"170\" reported she hurled obscenities, resisted arrest and kicked a female supervisor in the\u00a0face.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI says the\u00a0woman\u00a0told investigators that she was meeting her fianc\u00e9 to
