{"id":387723,"date":"2026-01-04T17:39:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T17:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/387723\/"},"modified":"2026-01-04T17:39:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-04T17:39:09","slug":"lamine-yamal-just-took-inspiration-from-arsenal-star-following-premier-league-fallout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/387723\/","title":{"rendered":"Lamine Yamal just took inspiration from Arsenal star following Premier League fallout"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lamine Yamal took inspiration from Gabriel Magalhaes after Barcelona\u2019s derby win over Espanyol. <\/p>\n<p>Hours after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arsenalinsider.com\/club\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Arsenal<\/a> beat Bournemouth in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arsenalinsider.com\/tag\/premier-league\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Premier League<\/a>, Barcelona beat Espanyol late on in La Liga to extend their lead at the top of the table. <\/p>\n<p>The Catalan giants are in a similar situation to the Gunners, being chased in the race for the league title by one of the world\u2019s best squads. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not only on the pitch that Arsenal and Barcelona have similarities, as Yamal showed after the win in Catalonia, taking a page from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arsenalinsider.com\/tag\/gabriel-magalhaes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gabriel\u2019s<\/a> book. <\/p>\n<p>Lamine Yamal copied Gabriel Magalhaes\u2019 Arsenal celebration amid Amadou Onana backlash<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arsenalinsider.com\/match-reports\/forget-declan-rice-andoni-iraola-says-three-other-arsenal-players-are-elite-after-bournemouth-clash\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gabriel showed why he\u2019s elite against Bournemouth<\/a>, which was the second time in the space of a week. <\/p>\n<p>Before the trip to the Vitality, Arsenal beat Aston Villa 4-1 at the Emirates, a match that the defender starred in, on and off the pitch. <\/p>\n<p>After the win over Villa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arsenalinsider.com\/match-reports\/what-gabriel-magalhaes-did-in-the-tunnel-after-arsenals-win-to-mock-aston-villa\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gabriel mocked Amadou Onana<\/a> by copying his celebration, and now, Yamal has done the same. <\/p>\n<p> Copying celebrations: healthy banter or a route to mockery?
