Andy Cohen<\/a> has addressed fan speculation that he went under the knife ahead of his New Year\u2019s Eve co-hosting duties.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Bravo star, 57, returned to New York City\u2019s Times Square last Wednesday for his ninth consecutive year fronting CNN\u2019s New Year\u2019s Eve Live special, alongside Anderson Cooper<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Following the telecast, one Threads user seemingly implied that it looked like Cohen had undergone plastic surgery to achieve his fresh-faced appearance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just saw the new clips of Andy Cohen on NYE and WTF did he do to his face?!? Is he trying to find a new husband at Mar-a-Lago<\/a>?\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n

Responding directly to the comment<\/a>, Cohen hit back, saying: \u201cDid the smallest amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds ! And had a lot of makeup on.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Watch What Happens Live host\u2019s admission comes months after he revealed he tried Botox for the first time.<\/a> <\/p>\n

During Bravo\u2019s Married to Medicine reunion episode last April, Cohen shared that he had received his first shot of Botox. \u201cI just got it for the first time in my life,\u201d he said. \u201cThey gave me a little.\u201d<\/p>\n

He has previously been vocal about his decision to avoid cosmetic surgery, including Botox. \u201cI\u2019ve not touched it,\u201d he insisted on a November 2024 episode of the How to Fail podcast. <\/p>\n

\u201cJoan Rivers, before she died, used to beg me to get Botox,\u201d he shared. \u201cAnd every guy that I know who\u2019s hosting a TV show, mainly all of them are younger than me or about my age. They all have had Botox. I look at their foreheads. I\u2019m like, \u2018Your forehead does not move.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

A few months ago, Cohen, who\u2019s known for controversially asking many of his talk show guests <\/a>about the work they\u2019ve had done to their bodies, candidly opened up about his weight loss journey using an unspecified weight loss drug.<\/p>\n

\u201cGiven that for 20 years I have been asking people about their body regimens and that I\u2019ve been pretty vocal about every time I go on a diet,\u201d he said on a September 2025 episode of his Radio Andy show. \u201cI do think it would be completely hypocritical not to share that I did this summer lose a good chunk of weight by micro-dosing a GLP-1.\u201d<\/p>\n

Confessing that he had been \u201creally unhappy with my weight,\u201d he added: \u201cMy doctor and I talked about this last year, had recommended a GLP-1 a few times to not only address what I was feeling about my weight, but treat plaque in my arteries and high blood pressure.<\/p>\n
